My time at Freshworks
I served as a Presales Product Consultant at Freshworks, the first B2B Software as a Service company from India to go public on the NASDAQ. As technical point of contact for the US Central Sales team (consisting of over 10 sales executives), I drove product demos, technical solutioning and onboarding engagements for North American businesses for various industry verticals, including e-commerce, financial services, IT, education and healthcare. I helped customers elevate their customer experience through the Freshdesk suite of software - consisting of Support Desk (helpdesk software), Freshchat (AI powered live chat software) and Contact Center (VoIP solution for customer service).
I collaborated with marketplace app vendors, SI partners and internal engineering teams to assist customers with integrations, migration of historical data and customized implementation.
Through my work, I won over 200 new business accounts in Jan - Dec 2021, with deal sizes ranging from $15 to over $2500 in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
